I have scanned coreOrgabiser.dll with AVG and it said it was safe. So am guessing the virus definitions of AVG are much better controlled than Defender's.
Or it could mean that AVG is useless as a virus checker ??

The trouble started here after the Defender AV defs update on the 25th Jan.
It was again updated yesterday the 26th, so today 27th I thought I'd try something.
I removed "coreOrganizer.dll" from the Defender AV exceptions file, then ran a manual Defender AV scan, result 0 quarantines.
Rebooted machine, did another Defender AV scan, 0 again.
So here, on this particular machine, the glitch has gone.

Nb: I'd also done a scan with Malwarebytes yesterday and it didn't flag up any PSP2018 items as trouble.
