Originally, I was asking why I did not see the PhotoZoom Pro 7 plugin in PSO2018. Can't delete my original post so I will share good info I found after reading an FAQ at BenVista. The way it works is from PSP, click File, Export, Plugins and there you select PhotoZoom Pro 7.
No issue!
