fuzz soft

A few years ago when I upgraded to Paint Shop Pro X7, I was able to find an add-on "fuzz soft" in Clone Brush that was in version X4. Does anyone know where that brush down-load is on-line? I'm hoping I can use it in 2018. Thanks
