CANNOT MAKE A DVD (Next Button Disabled)

Post by MIKEL »

The strange thing it sometimes works and like now when making DVD for playing on a TV I cannot get past the first screen as the NEXT button is disabled.
I tried converting a file from MTS (old Panasonic video camera) to MOV using a converter and seems the same.
Since I used to be an IBM technician it is driving me crazy as I am flying blind due to a lack of knowledge.
The app is setup for PAL but when I am in the Share section it thinks it is NTSC but that doesn't seem to be a problem as it does that for other files that work.
I am using the WIN 10 64bit OS and the X10 (10.5) version of VS.
I don't have a message or error code. Then there are things that I have Titles running after the main video track has stopped and playing about by deleting them makes no difference either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Mikel
Many thanks
Mike

Hi Mike

Keyboard Alt+ N should navigate forwards through the panels
Alt+ B to go back

This was a problem with an earlier version, a fix was provided in one of the service packs.
Don’t recall anyone reporting this with X10.

When you say the Share shows as NTSC did you install the program as NTSC or Pal, we had a choice during installation

Go to Preferences F6, what does the TV System indicate at the bottom of the panel.
