Can't find any video background removal tutorial. I use Vspx10 pro. Plenty of adobe effects tutorials ...
Greatful for a tip where to find help for this.

Video Studio has a Mask Creator that can remove details.

Your best option is to shoot against a blue screen that way you can easily remove the background using the Chroma options.
Obviously a bit of a learning curve, but really depends on your video content and exactly what you are trying to achieve?
