I have been using DVD MF 4 for a couple of months with no problems. Now the program will not launch. I have tried reinstalling a couple of times, as well as installing the new update pack. No change. I can't think of any changes I made to my system that would stop the program from running.
I have been unable to contact tech support, because I can't get to the serial number because the program is working. And I hadn't gotten around to registering it yet. (bonehead, right?) I downloaded the program and there is no paper work other than an email with an order number.
I am running a Dell 8400 with Windows XP media center. Any help is appreciated.

If you start a re-installation again.
In the screen that comes up where your Name and Company is
on the bottom there are numbers that are greyed out.
Write those numbers down, they are the serial number of the product.
There are 3 boxes on that screen:
Name:
Company:
Serial# [xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxx] (all greyed out).
