Hi all,
I have just upgraded from PSP X (which had stopped running after a Win 10 'upgrade') to PSP 2018. Is there any way the PSP X tool icons can replace the new icons in 2018?
Or are other icon libraries available as plug-ins or something?

Not in the way you are describing or hoping for. You would have to use an icon editor and edit the PSP 2018 icons by making copies of the PSP X icons and pasting them over the existing icons in the PSP 2018 icon cache. I never had PSP X so I don't know which - or how many - tool icons in that version are different from the icons in PSP 2018, or if they are a different size from the 3 sizes you can select in PSP 2018 (Small, Medium or Large).
