Re: see through
Are you trying to make a piece of clothing (for example, a shirt) that you can add to a picture of a man and make the shirt semi-transparent so that you can sort of see his chest/body through the shirt? If so, create the shirt, place it as a new layer on the man, and lower the opacity of the shirt layer with the Opacity slider in the Layers palette.

Re: see through
If you mean for a shirt that you already have an image of, then still follow my instructions above. Make a copy of that image, paste it as a new layer on whatever image you want to partially see through the shirt, and then lower the opacity of the shirt layer until it looks as translucent as you want it to look.vasilis wrote:yes something like that.for an allready shirt
If you just want it to be translucent by itself so that you can use it on multiple other images then if it's a background layer you first have to promote it to a Raster layer and then lower the opacity. But to maintain that partial translucency you have to save the image in a format that supports transparency, which is either .pspimage format or PNG format (I suggest you save in both formats). And with saving in PNG format, use the Options button then the Run Optimizer button and set the Colors to 16 million colors and the Transparency to Alpha Channel Transparency and Existing Layer or Image Transparency. Pspimage format will automatically save the transparency.
