I agree with Noumea Fred.Because of some troubles with Pinnacle I also changed to Ulead VS9 but problems are the same.No support at all.I cannot activate the input video source in the capture tab setting.Where to ask for? and how to compress.There is no compression by default,so 30 minuts video=22 GB

This company is no different than most large corporations - it is only interested in sales and offers little support for customers after the sale - after all, there is no money in it.
Ulead's tech support is non existant and their web site is the worst.

Hi,
Have only contacted Ulead technical support once, but on this occasion got a very quick response and fix for my problem. My emails were replied to on the same day.

I am not satisfied. I t has been more than a week after getting the standard "Thank you for contacting Ulead technical support team. We will respond to you as soon as possible."

All I need is a way to re-download from Smart Download since the Part 1-2 files of the VS9 Extra Content got corrupt during download. Smart Download tells me there is nothing to download but I can run the files. All the others were fine.

How hard should it be for them to answer. It's been more than 1 week!!!
