Black spot on video after proxy

Post by liransc »

Hello everyone :)

I start to use the proxy and after CVS 10X convert it and I see the little icon of the proxy I see that I have a black spot
on the video. I thought it will disappear after I exporting but it not.
I change few times the proxy sitting but it does not help.

I attached link to 2 files before and after proxy

Hi

Sorry but I see the black spots on the original, before.mp4
Not using Proxy Files.

I see another issue regarding the properties of the video, 1920 x 1080 x 29.582 fps
The 29.582fps seems to indicate using a variable frame rate which video editors may have problems with, maybe recorded with I Phone?

What do you see if you play the video using Windows Media Player, surprisingly a clean video.

I used Format Factory to convert the Before video using a standard frame rate of 29.97 and the black spots were gone.
Other than that I do not have a solution, not seen this before?

Post updated
I have to say that my program slows down when using the Before video, I can only think this is the variable frame rate
