Copying Tags?

Post by Marco73 »

Hi there,

is there a way to copy all tags I added to a picture in PSPX_ to another picture?
Maybe even geotags?

Given that your original post has had over 160 views with no responses I suspect that nobody knows of a way to do what you were requesting. Perhaps now that the thread has been revived somewhat there might be somebody more knowledgeable about using those tags who can at least definitively say if it is, indeed, not possible to do it.

Normal tags can't be copied. You can, however, select multiple images and set their tags all at the same time. Just highlight the images and start adding tags.

Geotags can be copied and applied to multiple images simulataneously. With Geo tags go to the "Places" tab of a photo with a geo location. Click the "Copy" button at the bottom of that tab. Next highlight every image you want to copy this tag to. Then hit the "Paste" button at the bottom of the Places tab. And now they will all have the same location.

You can also delete geo tags that way.

Thanks for the answers.

Well, I am currently adding tags to many photos at the same time, and the time it takes until you can enter the next tag is annoying, so I hoped there was a way ...
