Aspect ration changing

Not sure what's going on, but my aspect ratio keeps changing every time I use a transition, multiple screens, or other vfx. It looks fine while I'm editing and only becomes apparent when I "share" the project as an mp4. I haven't changed any of my settings, and it hasn't happened on any of my other videos. Any ideas?

Ensure that your Project Properties match the Profile of the video when Sharing.
