VideoStudio X7 won't save a new project

Hi,

I am creating a new project in VideoStudio X7. When I click File > Save or > Save As... to save my Untitled project, I add the project name and click Save. Then I receive a message "File Not Found." Which of course it's not, I haven't created the file yet.

I've restarted the program and the computer, but it keeps happening. I can't save my project, because it's asking me to select a file. I've used this program many times and not had an issue. I can't find anything on Google, so I'm wondering if it's something I'm doing.

Any thoughts?

I got it. I recently started using Windows Defender and there is something called Controlled Folder Access that was blocking access to the folder I was using. Added the VideoStudio exe file as an exception and I'm back in business.
