Jewel Box Cover

Post by ssmark »

I'm a fairly new user, and I like the program very much. Some of the formats for the Main Menu are very cool. Is there any way to capture the main menu when creating a DVD Disc as a jpeg? I'd like to use it as my jewel box cover. Thanks.

Steve,
Easiest way is to use Cyberlink PowerDVD. It has the capability of taking snapshots anywhere while playing your DVD in your DVD drive.

Would the "Save Current Frame as Image" option in the TOOLS menu do the trick?

OK - tried this out - couldn't get to the TOOLS menu from the chapter/menu screen. Oh well....

I like the screen capture from DVD player (like PowerDVD) myself. I've also used the "Print Screen" button on keyboard and then gone to Photoshop Elements and selected NEW....from clipboard.

Hi
If you Alt +Print Screen ( that should copy the working window to your clip booad)
You should be able to paste the window into your image editing software ie Adobe Photoshop.
The preview frame size was 640 x 480 when I tried, not brilliant but should be good enough for the cases.
