Lost my Extra content

Had some problems so I tried reinatalling the software. It worked in solving the problem but I lost all the Extra Content I had gotten from the Smart Download when I originally installed VS9. Now I can't seem to find where to redownload it. Any hints?

I think it is better for you to contact Ulead tech support for them to give you a redownload link of your program which is the extra content. I think you have to resend them your confirmation email they've sent you during your purchase. ^_^

I still had the exe files in my c:/programs folder/ulead/smartdownload.
Alll I had to do was execute them and they were reloaded.

I've had to reinstall VS9 a few times and learned to make a couple of copies onto CD's/DVD's and elsewhere. That way I don't have to download them each time. Something else to consider.
