I need to reinstall VSX10.Is this the workflow (Win 7)
1 control Panel- programme and features-uninstall
2 downloads -programmes -double click the VSX10.exe file

Yes use Program and Features to uninstall Video Studio
Your downloaded installation files are on your desktop, double click the VSX10.exe file will run the Web Installer
Shows as a black panel
Simply insert your serial number if not already there.
Remember to choose Pal not NTSC
navigate to the last panel to Install

Re installation solved the fact that the Create preview range field in Share was always selected.
