Remove Green Color Bleed

I used a green screen as a backdrop for a picture I took that ended up having the green bleed into the outer edges of the skin and everything else on my subject. What is the best way for me to remove the green, especially from skin? I've tried the clone tool and that didn't work so well, nor did the blemish tool. This is a special gift I'm making for my daughter and want it to turn out the best it can. I'm using PSP 2018. Thank you very much.

Try to paint on the green area with the Change to Target brush and the following settings :

You may increase Opacity to a higher value.
