HELP with three display items in PSP 2018

Hello,
Need help to set the program as follows:

Need to change
1-. The workspace from the default black with small-dark gray fonts to white, larger font.
2-. Pictures open zoomed in, need to show the entire image without any zoom-in.
3-. Picture should "straighten out" on opening of the image, not need to rotate the image.

I believe I had all these features in the previous version, I am sure they are available in the 2018 version.... just can not find them.
