Just what is meant by the term "Support for Portrait Videos?" The description page for Video Studio Pro 2018 Ultimate prolaims "Just added Support for portrait videos"
I don't have any to play with at the present, but I'm wondering if one will still be able to use the tutorial from X9 found at http://learn.corel.com/tutorials/workin ... -ultimate/

Re: Support For Portrait Videos
Nobody has VS Pro 2018 to say much about it. However, I am pretty sure that tutorial would still work since it uses features in X9 which I am guessing will still be in the new version.

Re: Support For Portrait Videos
I believe what your talking about is the 9:16 aspect ratio that was new in VSX10. That allows for phone videos in portrait mode.

Re: Support For Portrait Videos
I am also wondering where you saw this reference to VS 2018. The current version of Video Studio is VS X10. Corel release new versions every year or so, and the next version is likely to come out some time in the first quarter of 2018. It will be the 21st version of VS, though its title is not known as yet. However, the new version of Corel's PaintShop Pro is called "PSP 2018", so I guess it is reasonable to assume the next version of VS might have a similar title.yukoner2 wrote:The description page for Video Studio Pro 2018 Ultimate proclaims "Just added Support for portrait videos"
