I purchased VSX10 Ultimate and have not had the problems others here experience. But at the end of my video as it transitions to a black screen there is a pop sound. It happens with the sound track ending right on the transition and also times when the sound track has ended prior to the transition. It does not happen within the video at other spots, only at the end. I always fade in and fade out my sound. I don't know what to do with this problem... it really makes the project appear to be very unprofessional. (which it is)
The project I just finished is a recording for family not able to attend a funeral service of their family member. At the end of this recording I cut to a shot of front of sanctuary and then faded out to black background. No sound track at the end but still a pop. I haven't done a slideshow of photos for some time but I don't think it happens with photos, only videos.Suggestions?
(I am using a different computer from what I see is listed in my profile. Not sure about memory)
