I have a video from a drone which has the horizon not level. I know how to level / straighten in Photoshop. I presumed a tool for that would be in Video Studio, but I see no info on it in either help, or Youtube. Maybe I'm using wrong search terms.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you RIGHT click on the clip in the timeline you will then be able to choose "Customize Motion"
When the module opens you will see controls for 'Rotation' changing the 'Z' numbers will rotate the image - you may also need to increase the size a little to cover the black corners which may appear depending on how much you rotate
don't forget to change the rotation at each end of the Customize Motion module or else in will slowly reset throughout the clip
if the rotation is different throughout the clip you can add "Key Frames" along the timeline and set a different rotation at each one
ALSO - remember you must change to 'project' view to see the effect in the preview window
