How do I best export my library?

I think I'm at the limits of my tether with ASP3. As a Linux user, I happily threw some money at it because it did help me... But these days I find that I want to automate more of my workflow and ASP just has no ability to keep up. I'm going to give Darktable a proper shot (and my money).

Neither my excuse or destination really matter for the purposes of this thread. I've made non-destructuve edits. I've tweaked levels. I've merged bursts of photos into sets. I've rated and tagged photos. I want to keep all that information and make it available under my new photo management application.

How can I best accomplish that?
