Is it possible to convert surround 5.1 audio in a video clip to stereo? I am using VS10.

Hi Yes
Unless you specify otherwise when you do Share – Create a video that can be played on a Computer default to using Stereo.
I assume you will choose Avchd, Mpeg2?
What are the actual video properties of your files?

Thank you Trevor,
I had on the timeline some stereo clips and some 5.1 clips. I was trying to convert the 5.1 files still on the timeline, but after share - create video file I selected the stereo option for the rendered movie and it was O.K
