VideoStudio X9 Multi-Cam issue

Post by naw717 »

I am having major issues with the multi-camera editing feature. I get the clips loaded in, smart-proxy files made of the clips, and try to play the video to start editing. All I get is audio. Sometimes I can start/stop the clip dozens of times and maybe it will play the video. Please find a video attached of exactly what the problem is. Any help is appreciated.

have you set your proxy files for these videos?

aski1: Yes, I do have the proxy files set for all the video clips.

lata: yes, the files all play back perfectly on the main timeline and playback. I only experience this issue with the multi-cam.

Thanks!

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I am experiencing the same thing. I tried it on a different computer and it works fine! On my Windows 10 64-bit PC it doesn't work. On an older Windows 7 32-bit machine it does. Very frustrating!
