When ever this offer pops up I have tried to upgrade at this $24.99 price but when I go to the website via the provided link all I get is the $47.99 update to upgrade. WTF??? This is really shady the way Corel does business. The Pop-up window even has the option to disable, but the pop-ups still happen even when I opt to disable them. I absolutely despise deceit. All you have done now is push me toward the competition Corel. Thanks for making my holiday shopping decisions easier.

It could be a message that's trapped and hasn't updated. I doubt they're trying to decieve you. Sometimes technology just goes wrong. Have you tried deleting your message cache?

FWIW I have had several emails in the past few days. I've lost track of how many different prices PSP2018 has been.
There seems to be a real disconnect somewhere in the Corel marketing department.

We are all users here so it might work to your advantage to contact Corel Customer Service and request the $24.99 price. The worst that can happen is they say "no".
