Irritating Corel popups on screen

I keep getting this deeply irritating pop up from Corel. I don't know if or how to get rid of it. Any suggestions gratefully recieved.

Similar here. I have "Message Preferences" set to "never" in PSP2018 and the "Messages" dialog (from the Help menu) shows no messages. However in VidieoStudio X9, the "Message" dialog shows a similar but larger image to the one above - leading me to think that this is where that's coming from. Unfortunately VideoStudio doesn't seem to have a "Message Preferences" dialog at all, so there's no way to turn this off.

I sign up to email newsletters. I might even allow those adverts that appear just as you exit the program, in some cases. But unsolicited desktop adverts are completely unacceptable, obviously, and this needs to be remedied.
