pictureshow version 4.0

Hi....I purchased version 3.0 about 5 days ago..and having problems burning DVD's..and then when it does finally burn...TV has flickering on some of the pics.

Has anyone purchased version 4.0 and how is it working??

PictureShow4 is awful. I can't even use it. I've loaded my pictures, but when trying to add music it locks up "error" I have to close it up. When I try to reopen it I receive a msg stating "unable to open because another user is using it" I have to shut down my computer and start all over. Anyone else having this problem of "another user"

Hi.... Picture Show 4.0 is not allowing me to burn a SVCD...or a DVD with any success.....when burning to the CD....I get a "failure to burn" message.

With Picture Show 3.0 I was able to burn a SVDC...but now I can't even do that.

Very frustrating.....any ideas???

Hello.....just a follow up to my previous posts. I have burned the DVD to a folder on my hard drive...then I used NERO to burn the presentation to a DVD. worked perfectly...very happy with program and results...however, would have been nice to be able to burn directly from the program onto a DVD.

How did you burn to a hard drive folder - I dont get the option.

both 3.0 and 4.0 let you record to a disk file.

When you get to the Burn (step 3), there's an option button to the right. It's a down-facing chevron. Click that to get the option to burn to a disk file, and to save your project file. (The Option button at the bottom left lets you change your copyright information, your author name, and so on.)

Click the Record to disk file, select a location and a file name, and you're all set.

Yer, im having issues too...its burns the dvd fine...picture are fine BUT no sound....GRRRR!

I have just recently upgraded to Picture Show 4 and was having
the same problem burning to a disk and also to the hard drive.
Yesterday I contacted support and have received a reply with
very simple insructions that fixed my problem.

Hello baustin, so what was the very simple fix? My issue is just what HD files are created that need to be burned at a later time?
