Where is Antiflicker Videostudio 9

Hi. My first time to use videostudio 9. Can anyone tell me where the option antiflicker is when getting ready to burn? Videostudio 8 had it. I burned a minute dvd to test program and some of it flickers. Thanks for your help.

With the disc burning screen open, it is under the left-hand of the two small icons in the bottom left of screen -- the one with the downward-pointing arrow on it. Click on that, then on Preferences, and the anti-flicker command is the second from the top.
