Clone brush position - no one?

In PSP X9, when I used the Clone Brush, the position on the original image didn't jump back to the starting point when I released the left mouse button. Now it does. I don't like this, because sometimes I have to release the mouse button to scroll down the page and then it's impossible to continue where I stopped.

Is it possible to change this somewhere in the settings? What I want is when I'm using the Clone Brush and I release the left mouse button that I can continue cloning when I press the left mouse button again.
