Hi csmith
You have posted to the Corel User to User forum where we discuss issues with some Corel products.
PaintShopPro. Video Studio, Aftereffects etc.
I do not understand your reference to your laptop?
Have you registered to the correct forum?

Re: My program is not listed
This is something I have never heard of before. I am wondering if it is a variant of something called Corel Burn. Now which was developed for Lenovo computers.
But as lata has already said, it is not a program we cover here. You would need to go to Corel or Lenovo Support directly to ask where you can get assistance. What is Corel Burn. Now Lenovo Edition?
This version of Burn Now comes pre-installed with some version of Lenovo laptops.
About (from Corel)
Ulead Burn. Now is the latest in disc burning software giving you the power to create high-capacity audio DVDs, CDs, and data discs. Place 6 hours of full CD-quality songs or 45 hours of Dolby Digital Audio or MP3s on a DVD disc. Double that size with new Double Layer burners. Also burn any kind of data you wish to CD... Read more

Re: My program is not listed
Hi Ken
I think you are correct, I did a google and found this info
https://support.lenovo.com/gb/en/downloads/ds001925
Appears to be associated with DVD Movie Factory 7 and BurnNow created by Corel for Lenovo on some of their laptop ranges.
We do of course cover DVD Movie Factory 7 on these forums, I guess the Lenovo versions will be similar?
As you say Lenovo support may be the way to go.
