I want some parts of my end credits to be centered, and some parts to be aligned left. MSP7 title editor does not seem to be able to do this: when I select a bit of the text and define it as centered, it centers the entire text (including the bits which were not selected).
I tried to prepare the text in Word and import it in RTF-format, but MSP cannot open the file...
Is this a known issue? Any known workarounds?
Thanks,
Maukka
Title Editor problem
No problem: simply make two title files, one with the left alignment and the other with the centre! If you put them in separate tracks on the timeline, you can arrange the gap between the two files to be from 0 to whatever you want or even overlapping.

Thanks Devil!
Yes, making several title clips does indeed get around the problem of text formating, but unless I misunderstood something, it seems to create another one problem...
My screen credits is rather simple, classical continuous rolling text. White text against black background.
I don't quite see how to maintain that continuity if I use several separate clips. There will always be a point where one text is on its way out (end of clip 1) and next title is not yet visible (beginning of clip 2).
I understand that overlapping them should somehow remedy this. But it does not seem to be the case. Either the end of clip 1 will just disappear all of a sudden, or it will roll its way out, in which case the screen below it will be blank (creating a break in the continuity).
Or am I just missing something?
Should I somehow overlay one over the other so that the end of clip 1 and the beginning of clip 2 would be visible on the screen simultaneously?
Thanks again!

Put clip1 on Vn, clip 2 on Vn+1, clip 3 on Vn+2..., overlapping them to get the desired effect. Do not put them on Va or Vb. You will have to adjust the clip lengths, so that the scrolling speed is the same for all of them.
