PC Crash - How to re-load Proucts???

Hi

I have the serial numbers and printed copies of the purchase orders etc. for my ulead products.

I downloaded the Cool 3D trial version and hoped to specify my purchase serial number but the option was not offered.

How do I reload my software without the original purchase download?

I think you need to contact Ulead Technical Support or their Customer Service regarding your inquiry. I guess they'll give you a redownload link

Martin 252, I had a similar problem and like Bryave says, contact customer support. They gave me a new download link. I make sure I keep a backup of my download files now.
