ULead Art Texture Plugin Problem in Windows 10 PSP Pro 9X

I installed the ULead Art Texture plugin in my 32 bit PSP Pro 9X and at first it worked and ULead showed up in Effects - Plugins- Art Texture. A as I selected the first art texture it worked fine, but when I tried the other art texture options it did not work and the PSP program closed. So I removed the file from my programs. However, the Effects folder in PSP still shows ULead as a plugin, even though it does not work. Any tips? Thanks!
