I'm sure Trevor will reply in due course, but I understand he is currently on vacation away from home. But as for your question, there is no magic in what you call the old version of 20.0. You can even delete it entirely as a new one is rebuilt when you reopen VS. The only virtue in giving it a new name -- whatever that name might be -- is to be able to revert to it should things get worse with the new 20.0.
2. Then after I will uninstall VS Ultimate X10. Should I run the Clean up Tool prior to uninstall or after ?
As I understand it, the cleanup tool acts as the uninstaller, and is usually more efficient at getting the bits and pieces that Windows Uninstaller sometimes misses. So just run the cleanup tool.
