The user manual says that when my cursor hovers over tools that the shortcut key will be displayed. I do not have that function.
When I go to help>keyboard map and look under tools, there are no shortcuts displayed.
There are some that do work. I think they are mostly those shared with windows and some of the ALT + shortcuts work.
Can I refresh or restore them?
Thanks.

Re: where are my shortcut keys
When you hover over a tool a small tool tip should show up and if the tool has a shortcut key it'll be displayed next to the name. Such as "Dropper Tool (E)" showing E as the shortcut.
To change the shortcut keys or reset them to factory defaults you can use the Customize dialog. View -> Customize.
When the customize dialog pops up you'll click on the "Keyboard" tab. This tab lets you select a command or tool and assign it a shortcut key. You can also see what command/tool is currently assigned to a specific key by typing it into the box. You can reset them to default by clicking on the "Reset All" button.

Re: where are my shortcut keys
Thanks. I did simply do the view>customize> reset to defaults which did restore the function.
I just hope that whatever I did to lose the function I don't repeat.
Appreciate it.
