I have VideoStudio Pro X4....had to replace my computer because of a hard drive and RAM failure. Now when I go to install Video Studio Pro X4 it will not accept the Serial Number and Video Studio does not support this version any longer. Is there a way to install the software or do I need to upgrade to Video Studio Pro X10.

Can you recall when you first bought X4: was it an upgrade from an earlier version? If so, then Video Studio will usually look for proof of the earlier version -- either the program itself or at least the earlier version's serial number -- before allowing the newer version to be installed.
But if you did not have an earlier version, you would need to contact Corel directly about this. The only other alternative I can think of is that indeed you would need to buy a newer version of VS.
