X8 will not open

Well now I have gone and done it. After not being able to get the black around the video off I thought maybe somehow it got messed up and I would just reinstall it. Well did all that and now it will not open. If I try multiple times to open it I get a message already open under another user, close that first. Problem is in task manager there is not other open. So how do I get this to work again?

Maybe that was not a good idea, it would be unusual for the issue you have to require a reinstall, your problem would appear to be with the video itself rather than the program. Uninstall the program again, then run the VSX8 Clean up tool which is you can download from this link, then reinstall the program again

Yes I have it working again and have applied HotFix_2 to it so all should be good.
