I've used PSP 7 for years to do general image manipulation for web pages. But I've recently become interested in digital art so I decided to buy PSP 2018 ultimate that comes with Painter Essentials and a few freebies.
I've installed ParticleShop and Creative Content, but I can't figure out how to get the extra brushes etc to appear in either PSP or Painter.
In PSP the Effects menu shows "no plugins loaded".
Any ideas?
Thanks.
