Can PSP 2018 straighten spine curvature of a book scan

I've recently received photographs of each page of a magazine that was not able to be scanned because the pages were not able to be flattened out due to its hard spine. As a result, each pic has the text curved into the centre spine. I can straighten the overall text with the "Perspective Correction tool" but I have no idea if any tool or action can the flatten the text out to a normal flat page. Is this possible? Some very expensive professional scanners software can do it, but is it possible in PSP 2018 ? Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Mesh warp?
I guess all the pages will be warped the same.

Not all the pages are the same. The left side pages curves to the right at the centre spine and the the right pages to the left. Also as each page was photographed manually from different angles and distances, so they all differ slightly.

I had a play with the Warp Mesh Tool. I can straighten out part of the edge but there is no spot to pull from in the corners. Is there another option ?

With the mesh warp, if you need to move the corners, you may need to expand the canvas size so that the nodes that act on the page are farther away from the corners as the corners do not move. As well as increasing the number of points for finer grain control.

There is a script for GIMP that is meant to be used for things like this. What it does is it has you create two paths that follow the curve of the page. Then it perform a curve distortion to try and unbend the image. Don't know how well it works though.

In the absence of any really suitable tool in PSP, you could take a look at DxO ViewPoint. I take images of artworks for Art Galleries. These are mounted on the walls of the galleries, and cannot be taken down, so I have to photograph each at different angles depending on the placement of the object. I then use ViewPoint to correct the distortion, text, etc.
