insert audio in video-sync

hello i want to try recorde my voice and inserting in a video.but i don't know anything about that:
1) can i recorde my voice using a software and my laptop's speaker or shoul i connect a microphone?
2)when i create the audio file can i insert to a video file using VSX10 and synchronize them?i will try to make a video tutorial(with animated handwritting) and i want my voice match with presentation and letter's appearing

Hi Vasilis
First read the user guide relating to Voice Over.
From Video Studio – Help – User Guide – search for
" To add voice-over narration ", I think page 196

Then complete the tutorial project with your mathematical symbols animated and able to play.
You can now record your voice, you will need a Mic connected to your pc, although the laptop may have a mic installed.

As you record a sound file will be recorded then added to the timelines in the correct position.
Do a few trial recordings to get used to the process.

i have a sony vaio.all laptops they inlude a mic speaker don't they?if i start win 10 rec voice app shouldn't recorded my voice,without external microphone?

It is up to you to test that method. If you activate "voice over" and the microphone gives you movement on the audio meters then your on-board should work. If not you need an external mic.
Try using the program and learn how it works first.

Hi Vasilis

Video Studio has a Voice Recorder, you do not need to use W10 voice app.
Open the voice recorder using Video Studio.
Read the user guide I mentioned earlier regarding Voice Over.
