Thank you hartpaul, did as you suggested and looks ok now,do I also need to download and install PSP2018_Corel_CreativeContent.exe again

Can I get my plugins from my Vista or Win 10 system (another computer) and put into 2018 ?

If the plugins that are on your other computer(s) do not require an installer to both place the plugins into a specific directory AND also must write to the registry and/or install other supporting files then you can move them. Many of the older plugins work fine that way. For those that won't work simply by moving them you will have to reinstall them.

The easiest way to figure out which plugins will work just by moving them is to simply copy the complete folder(s) in which you have the plugins installed in the old computer and paste those folders into your new setup and then see which ones work in PSP. Those that won't work will throw an error message or some might freeze PSP and require you to use Task Manager to get out of it. Then keep a list of those that don't work, delete them from your folder(s) and you'll have to use their installer to reinstall them.
