Capturing Video (and audio)

I have an angel emuzed tv tuner card with two s-video plugs also. My cable tv coax is plugged in. I have my xbox plugged into s-video. But when i go to capture, it gives me the "cannot render streaming video. cannot capture. 15200:35:2 15065:29:0" error. Any ideas?

Here's some new info...I changed the Capture Plugin to windows media format and it let me record about 15 seconds. Then I get an error like "No video was captured. Please check if there is any input signal. There may be no device selected."
