not easily you have to move the mouse very precisely
your best bet may be to obtain a graphics tablet with pen and make videos of you writing

Try using Painting Creator from the Tools menu, that may be the way to go
You should be able to use a Drawing / Sketch pad.

Tried this using a graphics tablet. It needs a lot of practice! 
Important are the choice of writing tool ( I tried pencil) the width and colour. Joined up writing can be quite tricky.

plug it into your computer and draw / write on it to get a image on computer screen
