I decided to update X10 to X10.5 (against my better judgement but I tired of the nag screen). Once VS updated, Adobe Lightroom 4.4 crashes on importing. Reinstall of Lightroom did NOT fix the problem.
Anyone else have this issue?
Next I'll delete VS X10.5 and hope I can restore Windows and Lightroom, then reinstall VS X10 and lock it down for no updates.

Fixed.
The update appears to have corrupted a system file as sfc found and fixed an issue...LR now imports.
Strange but I'm glad it is fixed.
