Re: moving objects
Yes
The process there is using a transparent image of the car, adding that multiple times to move across screen against a background, then convert to a video. Basically it’s a Gif Animator.
Video Studio
You can use a transparent image in Video Studio overlay track and float that across the screen against a background on the top track, would produce a similar effect, probably better quality, although I have no means of comparing the two programs. Customise Motion is probably the way to go.

Re: moving objects
1)but with video studio we can't create gif isn't it?
2)what about a tutorial?have any tutorials to see how it works in screenshots?
3)the procedure is similar like your describtion in my post for layers and make animated text?
4)also with prodad hand script animation text can i do similar things?i mean create animated text (see your reply to my post ''layers'') or moving objects?and it's easier?

Re: moving objects
You are wasting a lot of time and effort
You have been told Videostudio will not produce animated GIF's
You have been told Paintshop Pro will not create animated GIF's
You need to obtain a proper gif animation program
