Just purchased and installed the 32bit and 64bit versions of PSP 2018 Ultimate but on the drop down menu for File there is no option to Import so I guess my Epson 760 scanner is not being recognised. I also have an old Serif PhotoPlus that accepts the scanner so I don't think that is at fault.
As a secondary but minor issue the Splash Screen does not show that I have PSP Ultimate just that the version is 20.2.0.1. Is this normal? If so how can I tell if I have the Ultimate version or not.

Re: No File/Import on PSP 2018
I have File>Import as per the attached. If you don't have it I'd first suggest that you reset PSP by closing it then holding the Shift key down while restarting it. If that doesn't work you want to make sure you have installed the update available on the Corel site. If that doesn't work you might want to do a complete uninstall and then reinstall the program.
Ultimate version is the same as regular version, just has a few extra resources (brushes, etc.) available. Makes no difference to the layout or capabilities of the program.
