Interesting email from Corel

Post by brucet »

I'm sure others have received the same email.

I got an email from Corel advertising the NEW VERSION of PSP2018. Not PSP2018. But the NEW VERSION.

Just interesting that they are promoting the NEW VERSION so soon after the release of PSP2018.

I don't think so. I just did a totally fresh install this morning on another computer, with the usual download of the main PSP package direct from the Corel server via the tiny download program/stub. And it installed the original version of 2018 (20.0.0.132(b)). I had to download and install the revised Update Pack 1 and install it as a separate step.

Nor have I yet received that email...

Sounds like it's just a marketing email for PSP2018. I guess the word "new" is relative. It is the newest version of PSP even though it was released a couple months ago.
PSPX9 | PSP2020 | PSP2021| PSP2022 | PSP2023 & PhotoMirage installed; PSPX | PSPX2 thru PSP2019 owned but not installed
