ERROR: tab control failed to initialize

ERROR: tab control failed to initialize
Upon attempting to "File/Print", the subject error message appears with PSP2018 (trial), 64-bit. With PSP7 (64-bit) the error on same procedure is "Corel PaintShop Pro X7 (64-bit) has stopped working". And Windows 10 offers to close the program in both cases. PSP 6 (32-bit) works - at least to print. I am running Windows 10 64-bit build 15063, or at least I am under the assumption it's 64-bit !! Any ideas or shall I just uninstall PSP7 and PSP2018 trial 64-bit versions ?
