Hi - I have a problem with Win DVD Pro 12 when I play Blurays to my kids - I can see picture and sound on laptop - but they cannot see picture on Epson projector.
Set up is the same I was using until now with previous version of Win DVD ( which I have to still use now for Blurays instead of Pro 12 version )
- I just plug HDMI - HDMI cable to laptop and to projector.
I have no picture on most Bluerays.
Again , Interesting is - I have no problem with previous Win DVD - plays all and kids can see all. I have upgraded to Win DVD Pro 12 as I was happy with previous Win DVD and now new product is not playing Blurays on Projector - strange - no video on Blurays or no sound on 1 Blueray ( Jurrasic World ) otherwise Win DVD Pro 12 plays DVDs video and audio with no problem.
Could You please advise how to solve?
Thank You

Hi jg333
And welcome to the forums
I don’t think I can help, clearly your settings / connections are correct, given that it works for earlier versions.
We do not work for Corel, just volunteers helping run the forums.
Unless others on the forum have experienced the same and have a fix
I can only advise that you contact Corel Support, maybe try the Chat Lines
Sorry I cannot be more positive…
