WinDVD Pro 12 - Gray window when trying to start

Hi.

When i try to run WinDVD Pro 12 i get a gray window up - as if its trying to open a new menu.
this is a newly installation.

tried on multiple machines - even freshly installed machines.

Anyone have seen this issue ?

I have WinDVD Pro11, that starts without problems.
I wonder if the program is trying to connect to the internet to show updates or advertisements.
If there is a problem with the server could cause problems.

Can you try disconnecting the internet then try running the program.

If the problem persists you should contact Corel Support, maybe try their Chat Line.

I have same problem.
Roxio creator nxt 6 pro.

I had a ticket open with Corel.

Basicly they feked up.
In my case it is because of language - their product works if its English language windows and location.
I have Danish language and location.

They said that their developers are working on it but i doubt it.
Because i found out that i when you install it on an english windows it populates all the needed folders.
danish language are missing some .html files.
so i copied around and then i got it to semi work.
still have 1 box that i need to klik on every time i start WinDVD before the main program starts.
